A calorie deficit simply means eating less than what your body uses up as energy. By doing so your body will begijn to burn up your fat stores resulting in weight loss.

It should be noted that this does not happen overnite, and while many people will wish for it to do so, this will takeeffort in the long run and dedication.

On top of your diet plan, you will also need to work on motivation and willpower. These are common problems for a lot of people who try to change there lifestyle for the better. Many people quit after the first month, some even sooner and I feel if they hold on for a little longer they could of begun to see the results they were after. However, it is not always to be.

So to work on this I advise you to look into ways to keep yourself motivated. There is no one way to do this. You could listen to music, watch motivational videos or even read famous inspiring quotes. Anything that contributes to a positive mindset is a step in the right direction.
